Baroness provides training to ensure the safe use of our products.
We provide sales/technical training to make you know more about Baroness products, to strengthen our after-sales service system to ensure technical and quality assurance. This time, we held the training in Japan and joining to the new BARONESS distributor, from UAE and India were participated in this training session.
The training includes an explanation of the reel cutter, which is the heart of Baroness, and a lecture on the features and strengths of the product. In addition, skilled mechanics with more than 20 years of experience provide maintenance training using actual equipment, demonstrations, and factory tours, allowing participants to learn kowledges and skills that can be used immediately in practice. Main product LM551, you can acquire knowledge of everything from hydraulics to electrical circuits. This makes it easier to determine the cause of problems when they occur and helps in more accurate and prompt troubleshooting.
Do you know how long it takes for Baroness proud reel cutter to be finished? Actually, it's take about a year and half to make from steel to reel cutter. This is because the reel craftsman spend a lot of time and full effort to make each reels. In the factory tour, you can observe the part of the Baroness reel cutter process, Japanese people consideration, delicacy and commitment to manufacturing. In addition, you can see with your own eyes the manufacturing methods and meticulous inspection methods that take into consideration operators and end users and feel the quality and reliability of “made in Japan”.
