Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares (Subsidiarization)

We previously announced the transfer in our press release dated November 25, 2024, entitled “Notice Regarding the Transfer of the Turf and Lawn Maintenance Equipment Business of IHI Agri-Tech Corporation.” All procedures related to the acquisition of all shares of the company that succeeded the relevant business of IHI Agri-Tech Corporation have been completed as of today. Going forward, the company will operate as Kyoeisha Shibaura Co., Ltd., a manufacturing subsidiary of our group, and will be responsible for producing products under both Baroness and Shibaura brands.
