How was the BARONESS? : An Interview with New Distributors

We interviewed the new distributors from India and UAE who came to Japan for sales technical training.
Now let ’s look at their interview.
Q1. How was the sales/ technical training session?
I was very impressed with the high quality materials handed out at the training. It is especially important for us to be able to touch the machines and equipment, and to interact with the people who manufacture the products. Meeting these people and seeing their factories was very beneficial in gaining technical knowledge. I really appreciate their effort to teach with in detail. Furthermore, it has been very good for us to receive direct guidance from skilled workers with over 20years of experience and a lot of technical knowledge. This is a very good starting point for us. This is just the beginning, but it is a very important step.
Q2. Could you provide your insights on the strengths of BARONESS?
Baroness' strength is its high quality products. Baroness presents the reel cutter section in a very focused manner, beside other manufacturers briefly show the reel cutter section during the factory tours. Baroness focuses specifically on this area, which is very impressive. The effort and passion poured into these products is what really sets Baroness apart from competitors .
Another strength is product simplicity which is the one of the essential points. The Baroness product is easy to operate, they are not complicated and are easy for users to maintain themselves for long time.
Q3. What are you thought on the future prospect of BARONESS?
Is there high demand for products in the market?
Of course there are huge demands. Demands in the market are very high and we feel that the future is very bright. We expect further market expansion by continuing to provide high quality products. More emphasis needs to be placed on the fact that Baroness is a global brand.
